We regretfully inform you that due to the forthcoming launch of our exciting new website, the Teddies Online Card Payment will be temporarily unavailable from 1st July 2011.
Whilst we recognise and wish to apologise for any inconvenience caused, we are confident that our new website will result in higher levels of customer service and satisfaction.
We would encourage all customers to use our Direct Debit payment option as an alternative. This is a safe, quick and easy automatic payment option where your monthly fees, less any childcare vouchers you may use, are automatically debited from your nominated bank account on the 1st working day of every month. Direct Debit mandate forms can be obtained by Click Here to Download, from your nursery or by calling our Finance Team on 020 8891 8100 option 1.
Alternatively payments can continue to be made by card in person at your nursery or by calling our Finance Team on the above number. You may also set up a standing order or make an electronic payment to us by directly contacting your bank and using the following payment details:
